Planning and Evaluation

Regarding planning and evaluation, most of our consultancies have built-in components involving assessments of constraints and opportunities, strategic planning, project development, performance measurement and evaluation.

  • We carry out program and project evaluations that are developed and implemented collaboratively, in order to build ownership of the conclusions and recommendations.
  • We stress conducting evaluations and assessments that use consultant and client resources efficiently and effectively, without leaving gaps and/or creating excessive data.
  • Value-Add aims to present findings based on observation, analytical conclusions based on the data, and realistic recommendations ready for client implementation.
