Regarding NGOs, Value-Add provides assistance in
developing institutional capacity and sustainability.
- Value-Add supports NGO sustainability by building the capacity of boards of directors in oversight policies and procedures. These include strategic planning, finance for (non-financial) managers, and governance practices.
- We facilitate technology transfer to professionalize NGO staff through training in areas such as program planning and project design, financial management, information systems and supervision.
